Return & Refund Policy

As we are engaged in the export of agricultural products, orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will only be provided in the case of:
Non-availability of the product
Wrong product delivered (with valid proof, within 7 days of delivery)
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
